Ingredients
1 - 2 racks of ribs
1 pkg. onion soup mix
2 tsp. paprika
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
1 cup boiling water
1 cup tomato juice
1/4 cup catsup
Directions
Combine all ingredients except catsup; simmer 15 minutes or until thickened.
Stir in catsup.
To prepare spareribs preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Place spareribs on cookie sheet or large flat pan.
Bake 30 minutes; pour off fat.
Place on charcoal grill.
Spoon sauce over spareribs and top with slices of lemon.
Grill for 30 minutes or until tender.
Add more sauce if desired.
